So this must be a very lucky year for all of us because we’ve been a witness of a day that can happen again when everyone that’s living right now are already part of history. I was like thinking what is a good gift this coming Christmas that I really need to work on because it’s already fast approaching and I still don’t have any idea of what to give. I kinda feel it’s a little crazy because I still don’t have any idea. I need some suggestions from good people. Can anyone please help me decide regarding this matter? Thanks!

Nowadays, because of some unhealthy preservatives from the food we eat, our body is the one who always take the consequence. Most food that we eat now usually lacks in Vitamin A which is vital for a good eyesight. And since we also live in a modern world where everyone owns a computer, portable games, it causes further damage if without correct guidelines on usage. Sometimes, damage is irreversible but we can always prevent aggravation of a disease. Wearing an eyeglass is a primary aid for this and it is often the prescription by ophthalmologists! I was watching Zenni Optical on TV!!! when I saw their ads for $ 8 Rx eyeglasses. Because of recession, their advertisement was on time. When I checked the eyeglasses myself, it really has a good quality. I bought one for myself and I’ve been using it for almost a year now. I’m enjoying wearing it because it also look fashionable. There are eyeglasses for kids too that are at lower cost without them being ashame of how they look! You can always buy expensive ones that can easily get broken and it’s definitely not practical because you’re just paying for the brand’s name. UTILIZE 4 STEP PROCESS TO ENSURE IR:
- commit to take action
- find the question behind the question
- educate the customer
- show that the issue is resolved

bottom line: resolved issue = happy customers = good business = more job opportunities

1. COMMIT TO TAKE ACTION – assure customer, set tone, gain control of call, show willingness to help
2. FIND THE QUESTION BEHIND THE QUESTION – go back to basics, probe, show patience and listen
3. EDUCATE THE CUSTOMER – education is knowledge, knowledge is power. use what, why and how. provide all information to use.
4. SHOW THAT THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED – showing customer that we resolved the issue allows them to have confidence not only with agents..but also to boost.

Life is something you can’t afford to lose or something you won’t wish to be taken off to someone. It was end of week work when I received a text message from my sister using my mum’s phone number. She asked me if what time will I go home. I said around noon. Then she asked if I can pass by a grocery store or a market to buy electrolyte replacement fluids and some food for Dad because he got hospitalized. I got shocked after receiving the message. I really got totally shocked. I didn’t know my Dad got hospitalized. And they won’t bother to tell me that if I was not about to go home. I felt sad. I’m working hard for them but they didn’t inform me about matter of life and death issues. It’s really depressing. But at some point, it ended to some realizations. I’m a crazy guy. Yes, it is true that I’m also a selfish person when it comes to time. I’m still young but I keep rushing on things making me workaholic and neglecting my other responsibilities. I thought I’m an almost perfect son but really I wasn’t. That incident made me realize what I was missing in life. Good thing it was never late yet to make it up for the lost time. My dad was okay now. I’ll take care of him. Promise.

This would mean that people should consume fruits and vegetables that are low in calories but definitely full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fibers.

Professor Callanta also suggested that for people who really can’t give up meal on their daily meal, they have to make sure that they just limit the intake of it and that it’s been cooked healthy using an olive oil instead of the ordinary cooking oils available anywhere. It is believed by health experts that the first step to a healthy eating is replacing low quality oils with olive oil.

Resignation?

There are several reasons employees resign from work. Yeah, despite the difficulty of finding a new job and the competetion among those growing number of hopeful unemployed individuals, plus the financial crisis, we also have a lot of reasons we end to the decision of resigning from work. I’m afraid to say that I am one of those. I also belong to the millions of citizens who blame the government when unemployed. It is true. That is the reality I am facing. It is sad that I’m into this dilemma again if I am going to pursue my resignation. This time I know I have a different reason. It’s not anymore because of the environment, the people (my workmates), nor the pressure from work. It’s about focusing on the career I really want. I really want to work in the hospital either as a nurse or a docot in the future. But because of the crisis that healthcare providers are facing in my country, I have to set aside the want. Now is not the time for charity and volunteer works. It is not that hard to give some time of your life to those who are in need. After all, it’s all about giving service. But you know, it’s nice to share something when you know you really have something to share and you are sincere of you are doing. I’m not saying that I’m not sincere. It’s just that if I’ll do it today, I will just be doing that for the sake of experience.

I won’t be resigning just to gain the experience I need. Not for now. Not for now. I really have to be practical this time. I might resign to relearn so I can have more time prepare for my upcoming exams.
